Pomegranate Dressing

Pomegranate and sumac are a great combo for grain bowls or leafy green salads with fresh cherries and chevre or sheeps milk cheese from your favorite cheesemaker. We also love to marinate pork chops with this! Packaged in an 8oz plastic squeeze bottle. INGREDIENTS: pomegranate molasses, pomegranate juice, white wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, sumac.

Golden Tahini Sauce

A traditional tahini sauce, with the addition of turmeric. Use this as a dressing on salads or a sauce on your grilled or roasted meats or veggies. Packaged in an 8oz plastic squeeze bottle. INGREDIENTS: SESAME tahini, preserved lemon, organic lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, turmeric, sea salt. Contains SESAME.

Ladolemono

Translates to “Oil and Lemon” in Greek. Use like a classic Greek dressing, on salads or grilled vegetables. Add fresh garlic and use as a Souvlaki marinade on lamb, poultry or pork. Packaged in an 8oz plastic squeeze bottle. INGREDIENTS: organic lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, mustard, oregano, sea salt.

Orange Poppyseed Dressing

With balanced sweetness and acidity, this dressing is fantastic on leafy market salads, cabbage slaws, roasted vegetables (such as asparagus, fennel) and more. Also great as a marinade for poultry or pork. Packaged in an 8oz plastic squeeze bottle. INGREDIENTS: orange juice, extra virgin olive oil, organic lemon juice, poppyseed, sea salt.

Za’atar Spice Blend

This is real za’atar not the imposters you often find with oregano and thyme. Sprinkle on ZIVA hummus, cottage cheese, grilled or roasted meats and much more! Packaged in a plastic spice jar with a shaker top. INGREDIENTS: za’atar, SESAME seeds, spices. Contains SESAME.

Shawarma Spice Blend

Sprinkle on meats, mushrooms or caulflower before grilling. Or use as a marinade by mixing with fresh garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Packaged in a plastic spice jar with a shaker top. INGREDIENTS: spices (including turmeric, paprika, red chile powder), salt.

Schug

A very spicy condiment, originally from Yemen but popular throughout the Middle East. Use on top of ZIVA Hummus, roasted veggies, in our whole wheat pita with shawarma lamb or chicken. Or anywhere you want a little heat! Packaged in an 8oz plastic jar. INGREDIENTS: local cilantro, serrano peppers, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, spices, sea salt.

Preserved Lemons

Versatile ingredient used in so many Mediterranean recipes. Dice or cut into strips and add to marinated olives, tagines and bean or grain salads. Puree and blend into mayo for a preserved lemon aioli. Packaged in an 8oz plastic jar. INGREDIENTS: lemons, sea salt.

A note about allergens: while we follow Good Manufacturing Procedures to avoid allergen cross-contamination, we do work in a shared commissary kitchen. Other commissary Users process peanuts, tree nuts, egg, dairy, sesame, wheat, fish, shellfish and soy. We do not share equipment with any other Users and thoroughly clean our equipment between each allergen that we do use (on different occasions, we use each of the above listed allergens except for peanuts and soy). The wheat processing is segregated in a different room from all of our non-wheat products to avoid airborne contamination. We do not run expensive allergen detection tests on our foods so unfortunately cannot guarantee them allergen-free as a large manufacturer might. However, we take every precaution that is reasonably expected of a small food business, and likely take more care than other companies of similar size. We hope you are able to enjoy our food!
