Lamb Fasulye

This is our meat version of a traditional Turkish bean soup. Featuring lamb from Mountain Lodge Farm, Kirsop celery root, Steel Wheel celery and WA grown white beans. INGREDIENTS: lamb, white beans, celery root, celery, WA carrots, WA onions, lemon juice, fresh parsley, herbs and spices, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt.

Carrot and Rose Petal Soup

Traditional Moroccan flavor combination featuring Kirsop Organic Farms carrots with a hint of rose, just like Ziva used to make! INGREDIENTS: organic carrots, WA onions, rose petal, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt.

Roasted Cauliflower and Vadouvan Soup

River Run cauliflower, roasted and seasoned with Vadouvan, also known as “French Curry”. Creamy texture, but vegan! INGREDIENTS: organic cauliflower, WA onions, extra virgin olive oil, ZIVA Vadouvan spice blend, sea salt.

Grandma Zohara’s Soup

Named after Tomer’s grandmother, this beef and farro soup is hearty and heart-warming. INGREDIENTS: Walla Walla garbanzo beans, PNW carrots, onions and fennel bulb, Oregon Country beef short rib broth, tomato paste, Bluebird Grains organic emmer farro, fresh herbs, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt. Contains WHEAT.

Chicken, Orzo & Saffron Soup

Our friends at Cyrus Saffron in Chelan are growing saffron - a prized spice in the Mediterranean. Combine that with Left Foot Farm’s pasture-raised chicken, orzo and chicken stock from Kirsop and you have our Mediterranean/PNW take on a chicken noodle soup. INGREDIENTS: Left Foot Farm chicken, orzo, Cabrera Farms organic leeks, organic fennel bulb, Kirsop Farms chicken stock, Cyrus organic saffron, ZIVA bean broth (WA garbanzo beans, water, garlic), extra virgin olive oil, sea salt. Egyptian Red Lentil Soup

Lentils are native to and sacred in Egypt…they also thrive in the PNW! With a hint of cumin, this soul-warming soup will transport you to the streets of Cairo! INGREDIENTS: PNW red lentils, PNW onions, ZIVA bean broth (WA garbanzo beans, water, garlic), tomatoes, organic lemon juice, organic cilantro, extra virgin olive oil, spices, sea salt.

Grandma Perla’s Harira

Tomer’s other grandmother was known for her Harira - a traditional Moroccan soup with lentils and Hawaiij (a spice blend featuring turmeric and warm spices like cardamom and ginger, as well as a touch of black pepper). INGREDIENTS: PNW lentils, WA onions, ZIVA bean broth (WA garbanzo beans, water, garlic), WA celery, ginger, tomato paste, organic lemon juice, cilantro, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, spices, sea salt.

Veloute aux Champignons

Cream of mushroom soup, featuring Sno-Valley mushrooms. INGREDIENTS: Mixed mushrooms, onions, butter, ZIVA bean broth (WA garbanzo beans, water, garlic), cream, herbs, sea salt. Contains MILK

Smokey Eggplant Soup

Soupe au Courgette

Creamy zucchini soup: French style! Featuring Alvarez Organic Farms zucchini! This is an elegant soup, great for a dinner party. INGREDIENTS: organic zucchini, WA onions, organic parsley, brie (from pasteurized cow’s milk), organic lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt. Contains MILK

A note about allergens: while we follow Good Manufacturing Procedures to avoid allergen cross-contamination, we do work in a shared commissary kitchen. Other commissary Users process peanuts, tree nuts, egg, dairy, sesame, wheat, fish, shellfish and soy. We do not share equipment with any other Users and thoroughly clean our equipment between each allergen that we do use (on different occasions, we use each of the above listed allergens except for peanuts and soy). The wheat processing is segregated in a different room from all of our non-wheat products to avoid airborne contamination. We do not run expensive allergen detection tests on our foods so unfortunately cannot guarantee them allergen-free as a large manufacturer might. However, we take every precaution that is reasonably expected of a small food business, and likely take more care than other companies of similar size. We hope you are able to enjoy our food!
