Vegetable Tagine

Moroccan-style Tagine: ready-to-reheat meal with couscous, market vegetables and WA garbanzo beans. Packaged in a compostable microwavable craft paper container. Cherry-Marinated Game Hen

A marinade featuring Tonnemaker Farm Cherries gives our roasted Game Hen a rosy hue. Served with buckwheat (gluten-free!) and market greens from one of our farmers market neighbors. The meal “for one” is one half of a really large game hen, while the meal “for two” is a whole (smaller) hen cut in half. Packaged in an oven-ready foil container. A note about allergens: while we follow Good Manufacturing Procedures to avoid allergen cross-contamination, we do work in a shared commissary kitchen. Other commissary Users process peanuts, tree nuts, egg, dairy, sesame, wheat, fish, shellfish and soy. We do not share equipment with any other Users and thoroughly clean our equipment between each allergen that we do use (on different occasions, we use each of the above listed allergens except for peanuts and soy). The wheat processing is segregated in a different room from all of our non-wheat products to avoid airborne contamination. We do not run expensive allergen detection tests on our foods so unfortunately cannot guarantee them allergen-free as a large manufacturer might. However, we take every precaution that is reasonably expected of a small food business, and likely take more care than other companies of similar size. We hope you are able to enjoy our food!
