Celery Leaf Pesto
Classic pesto, but using the seasonal best of the Northwest: Steel Wheel celery leaf, Holmquist Hazelnuts and Fantello Filomena cheese. Sold in 8oz reusable deli container. INGREDIENTS: celery leaf, hazelnuts, cheese, extra virgin olive oil, roasted garlic, sea salt. Contains HAZELNUTS & MILK.

Spiced Chickpeas
WA grown garbanzo beans braised in ZIVA harissa. Serve hot or cold, great as a side dish, stuffed into pita or on a salad (see photo on our home page with arugula, grape tomatoes and olives!!!). Sold in 8oz reusable deli container. INGREDIENTS: WA grown chick peas, preserved lemon, extra virgin olive oil, house-made harissa, fresh cilantro, spices, sea salt.
Moroccan Carrot Salad
Featuring Piece By Piece Farm carrots marinated in Haxan apple cider vinegar, cilantro and toasted cumin. This salad can be eaten cold or heated. Sold in 8oz reusable deli container. INGREDIENTS: carrots, apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, fresh cilantro, spices, sea salt.

Roasted Foothills Farm beets marinated with pomegranate molasses and tossed with Holmquist hazelnuts. Sold in 8oz reusable deli container. INGREDIENTS: beets, HAZELNUTS, pomegranate molasses, white wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt. Contains HAZELNUTS.
Shakshuka Sauce
A shortcut for making this traditional, comforting Middle-Eastern brunch dish at home. Just bring to a boil, add eggs, let them cook for a bit and brunch is done! Sold frozen in a 16oz container, the perfect amount for 4 eggs. INGREDIENTS: tomatoes, garlic, baklouti peppers, extra virgin olive oil, spices.

Basil & Carrot-top Pesto
Classic pesto, but vegan and using the best of the Northwest: Foothills Farm carrot-tops in addition to basil and Holmquist Hazelnuts in place of the pine nuts. Sold in 8oz reusable deli container. INGREDIENTS: basil, carrot-tops, hazelnuts, extra virgin olive oil, roasted garlic, sea salt. Contains HAZELNUTS.
A note about allergens: while we follow Good Manufacturing Procedures to avoid allergen cross-contamination, we do work in a shared commissary kitchen. Other commissary Users process peanuts, tree nuts, egg, dairy, sesame, wheat, fish, shellfish and soy. We do not share equipment with any other Users and thoroughly clean our equipment between each allergen that we do use (on different occasions, we use each of the above listed allergens except for peanuts and soy). The wheat processing is segregated in a different room from all of our non-wheat products to avoid airborne contamination. We do not run expensive allergen detection tests on our foods so unfortunately cannot guarantee them allergen-free as a large manufacturer might. However, we take every precaution that is reasonably expected of a small food business, and likely take more care than other companies of similar size. We hope you are able to enjoy our food!
