Through ZIVA, we connect you to authentic Mediterranean foods and culture, to local ingredients and farms and, to us, personally. We make everything ourselves by hand in small batches…just the two of us.
Based in Seattle, ZIVA brings the small-batch, authentic flavors found in Mediterranean homes and street stalls to the families of the Seattle and Tacoma area, utilizing the bounty that grows locally around us. As a husband and wife team, we (Tomer and Jody) are passionate about connecting people within and across cultures through food. Ziva is Tomer’s mother: our culinary inspiration and namesake.
Everything we make is packaged for home consumption and is ready-to-eat or ready-to-reheat. Find our most popular dips and spreads at select local grocery stores. Or visit us at Seattle and Tacoma farmers markets for a wider variety of Mediterranean foods (not just hummus!) available for pre-order and walk-up shopping.

Tomer grew up on the beaches of the Mediterranean sea, then met Jody at the French Culinary Institute. Our work experience crosses the entire Mediterranean region: we know this food. Through ZIVA, we offer a wide variety of authentic Mediterranean dishes (not just hummus!).
LOCAL
ZIVA is based in Seattle and we source directly from our Farmers Market neighbors whenever feasible. We also provide recipe ideas and serving suggestions to our market customers, helping you combine our items with the rest of your market haul.
SMALL BATCH
We are a husband and wife team and the only people making your food. We make food (not products) with clean ingredients lists and no preservatives or added junk. We focus on craft, technique and ingredients, not volume. Our specials offer the best of the season.
